Question #1: How do we get Started?

Contact us to learn more with an initial no obligation IIES consultation.

Question #2: What are the Next Steps?

Tell us about the size, scope and unique characteristics of your not for profit. We'll supply you with the resumes of 2-4 IIES consultants who best fit your profile and needs.  We'll also assist with facilitating the interviews.  This phase is free of charge.  

Question #3: What is the Final Step in Securing IIES Leadership?

Once an IIES consultant has been selected, they will negotiate directly with the Board Chair or a designee to arrive at hire date, compensation, and schedules.  

Question #4: How Long is the Average Interim ED term?

This depends on the type of organization, breadth of the IEL job and the success of the EL search process. Typically IEL assignments last from 6-9 months.

Question #5: Can we Afford an Interim ED?

The real question is "in a leadership void, can you afford not to have an IEL".  Note:  IIES consultants work as independent contractors with no health or other benefit costs.  They charge hourly fees that are commensurate with what most not for profits pay their full-time EL positions, yet they bring decades of crisis management experience to their leadership roles.
