The Mission of Intentional Interim Executive Services is to match highly skilled executive leaders with not for profits to drive successful organization transition. We are INTENTIONAL because we see ourselves solely as turn-around agents focused on analyzing the organization with and for the Board.
Our IIES consulting team has 27 years of combined experience leading nonprofit organizations and an average of 18 years working as Interim Executive Leaders. The team has led not for profits with budgets ranging from under $500,000 to over $10 million.
If a nonprofit needs to transition without a succession plan in place, our Consultants can step in to stabilize the organization, ensure staff focus, keep revenue streams on track, communicate with the Board, and help define the search profile for a new Executive Leader (EL).
